Youth Ministry
We have established a youth ministry program to cultivate meaningful relationships, between mature adult believers and students for the purpose of helping students grow their relationship with the Lord. We do activities and events to help students grow closer to Christ. Our youth program, called L.I.T.Y. Nite, stands for Learning in Transition Youth. The come together and learn of the word of God and how to apply what they have learned to their daily living. We are intentional about promoting and encouraging growth with today's youth as they are not the FUTURE, but the NOW.
PREMARITAL/MARRIAGE COUNSEL
We believe that healthy relationships are important and are essential to maintain family. We at Transition Church have a ministry to promote health, happy, marriages and relationships. We teach and model biblical principles surrounding Godly marriages.
Step Up Groups
Congratulations! You've received salvation... now you may be wondering WHATS NEXT? Step Up groups are the best way to grow your faith and meet other believers. Each group is designed with you in mind to discuss and tackle life situations with like-minded people all while strengthening your faith. Worship Ministry
Worship is one of the main vehicles through which God brings His healing love, infinite grace, and restoration power. We love to worship God with our whole heart. When visiting Transition Church, we desire that you experience the Holyspirit in an amazing way.
Volunteer Groups
Many people have a passion for outreach ministries. Transition Church also has his passion and always has opportunities and encourage others to participate as we work on building the community that we live in. Stay tune for more information.
